using all your download quota with your ISP. All backups are done via a private-ip link, with no transit limit,
which doesn't interfere with the normal operation of your regular internet connection.
Always Secure
Your data is stored on a secured storage area network, available only to you, using your access credentials. Data
transit to and from this network is secured by a minimum 128-bit encrypted VPN, preventing any unauthorised access
to your data. Optionally, your data may be stored on an encypted volume, only decypherable using a secret passphrase,
providing an extra layer of security.
Always available
In the event of a disaster (or any time), your data is always available via the internet. You can
retrive it at any time from any internet connected computer, to get back up and running as soon as

Available on disk
In the event that you require immediate retrival of your data, and don't have internet connectivity, your data can be provided on
disk (DVD/Hard Disk) and dispatched via same day courier (within range of the Brisbane CBD), or alternatively can be picked up from
our site in the Brisbane CBD. For all other areas, disks can be dispatched via FAF (first available flight) or overnight courier.
