- Your customer number
- Your Transit Tracker username (if known)
- The e-mail address attached to your account
Please note that passwords are encrypted in our database and can not be retrived, they can only be reset by our operators. The new password (if resetting is approved by the operator) will only be sent to the email address attached to your account, we can not provide new passwords over the phone.
