Windows Update
Microsoft Windows update's are provided locally via Windows Server Update Services. Access to this
server is completely unmetered, and does not count towards your monthly download quota. There is no
filtering on the server, and all updates for Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & 2008 (all editions),
Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and various other Microsoft products is made freely
available. Minimal configuration on your server is required, and is as simple as runing a batch file.

Debian Linux
A full Debian Linux APT repository is available,
allowing you to keep your distribution up to date, without worrying about the often large download's
commonly associated with updating, and conducting a fresh install. All you need to do to take advantage
of this service is update your sources list. There is an article in the Knowledge Base
explaining how to configure your system, including the list file.
