Neural maintains a highly-available infrastructure that supports all our products and services. Unlike the majority of the industry, Neural believes in being open about our network infrastructure and providing our customers with up-to-date and detailed information of the networks status.
However, for security purposes, detailed status of individual servers, and customer managed equipment and services are not shown here. If you have an existing account with Neural, you can monitor the status of your servers and services, and get more detailed information by logging into Transit Tracker, and clicking the services tab.
Bandwidth Utilisation
Neural maintains multiple internet uplinks accross multiple carriers, which are listed on the connectivity page. This ensures maximum redundancy and reliability, while providing the shortest possible route between our network and your customers. The graph below shows the overall utilisation of the available bandwidth accross these carriers. The graph is live and updates every hour.
