Neural maintains multiple internet uplinks accross multiple carriers, including Pacific Internet, Optus, Telstra, Asia Netcom and MCI/Verizon. This ensures maximum redundancy and reliability, while providing the shortest possible route between our network and your customers. Planned Outages

Upon creating your account with Neural Networks you will be asked to nominate an e-mail address for technical communications. This address will be used to e-mail scheduled outage notifications that may effect your service.
