Overall Uplink Utilisation
Neural maintains multiple internet uplinks accross multiple carriers, including Pacific Internet, Optus, Telstra, Asia Netcom and MCI/Verizon. This ensures maximum redundancy and reliability, while providing the shortest possible route between our network and your customers. The graph below shows the overall utilisation of the available bandwidth accross these carriers. The graph is live and updates every 5 minutes.
Planned Outages
Upon creating your account with Neural Networks you will be asked to nominate an e-mail address for technical communications.
This address will be used to e-mail scheduled outage notifications that may effect your service.
