If you've lost the connection to your server or service, or if there is an issue with the service having a significant business impact, please call Neural Support immediately on (07)3123-5311, then select option 2. This will put you straight through to one of our technicans, who will work to diagnose the cause, and resolve the problem as quickly as possible. If possible, please have the server number, or your customer number available to asssist us in finding your locating your service as quickly as possible.
