Advanced Virtual PBX Solutions

Neural provides virtual PBX solutions that eliminate the need for expensive traditional PBX hardware. The excessive cost of PBX base systems, combined with the added expense of proprietary phone's, cabling requirements, monthly line rental fees and large phone bills, often place PBX systems out of reach of small to medium business, or make it difficult to justify the expense. That's all about to change with Neural's virtual PBX offering, which allows you full PBX functionality, at only a fraction of the cost. Our system utilises open VoIP standard protocols, allowing you to deploy your new phone system over your existing computer network, with hardware or software phone's of your choosing.

The service also supports many advanced functions, normally only available on top of the range PBX systems, costing tens of thousands of dollars. Interactive voice response menu's, intelligent call routing, call recording and advanced statistic gathering are just some of the features available.
