Number Porting
In most cases, Neural can port your existing phone number(s) to your Virtual PBX, VoIP Termination, or
Fax to E-Mail service. Numbers can be ported from most Telstra or Optus landline, or ISDN services.
What's involved
To port a number to Neural, you will need to complete the appropriate porting form on the forms page. Once completed please fax the form to us, or scan and email it to
porting@neural.com.au. Once your request has been received and processed Neural will provide an ETA for the cut over. Please ensure all the details on the form are
correct to prevent delays.
